Justin Bieber launches new book at London’s Congress Centre

London’s Congress Centre was packed with excited fans on Saturday 23rd February when teen pop legend, Justin Bieber, held a book signing for his latest book Just Getting Started at the central London venue. The event, which was organised by WHSmith, proved enormously successful with approximately 1,000 ‘Beliebers’ eagerly lining up to meet their idol and get their books signed.

Delighted fans vied to catch a glimpse of their hero as he arrived at the venue. Doors officially opened at 3pm and the book signing began at 4pm, with a snake queuing system set up in the largest space at the venue, Congress Hall, to efficiently manage the large numbers present. Fans then filed through to Congress Suite One, on the same level as the hall, to meet their idol in person.

Just Getting Started promises fans a backstage pass, taking them behind the scenes to discover what life is really like for the world’s hottest pop star. Starting from the first night of his debut world tour, the book follows Justin on his rollercoaster ride to superstardom as he visits the far corners of the globe, makes his very own movie, records his new album, wins numerous awards and pens a bestselling book, to name just a few of the amazing feats he’s achieved over the past few years.

According to Ruby Chagger, Conference & Sales Manager at Congress Centre, “It was a real honour to have Justin visiting us for the day and WHSmith seemed very pleased with how the event went. There were large numbers of fans present but the event was managed by them very professionally. Everything ran like clockwork”.

Whether you’re looking for conference and events venues in central London, training facilities in London, central London meeting venues or exhibition venues in London, Congress Centre offers first class conference and event facilities.
