Following a comprehensive refurbishment, Congress Centre is now probably the best equipped conference & events venue in London. We also have a practical team of in-house technicians to assist you if required.
 
The Equipment below is included in the Congress Hall:
  • Surround Sound System with Ceiling Voice Enhancement Speakers
  • Data Projector, Front Projection –Panasonic high definition, 20,000 Lumens with 3D cabability.
  • Screen – 16:9 aspect ratio (18ft x 10ft) OR 4:3 aspect ratio (12ft x 10ft)
  • Lectern & Microphones with Easy Screen
  • Head Table seating up to 8 people with Microphones & Easy Screen (1 between 2 people)
  • 2 x 85" Panasonic High Definition Plasma Screens with 3D capabilities, one in each wing.
  • Opus 300 Seamless Switcher.
  • Yamaha LS9, 32 Channel, Digital Mixing Desk & Full Sound System (with Ceiling Voice Enhancement Speakers)
  • LED ColouredLighting behind and in front of the stage

Moving Lights:   
MAC 250 Krypton’s Portable x 2 - £120 each

  • Medium sized moving lights,
  • Prism effect, rotating, or still image with logos or shapes.
  • Can’t do chases when lights are not connected to the lighting desk.
  • A wide range of colours.
  • Lens size fixed to one size.
  • Gobos can be fitted.
  • Gobos can be fitted at a cost of £80 per gobo. It takes approximately 1 hour per gobo to install.

 

 MAC 250 Krypton’s Ceiling Mounted x 2 - £120 each

  • Medium sized moving lights in the Hall.
  • Prism effect, rotating, moving chases or still image with logos or shapes.
  • A wide range of colours.
  • No zoom available
  • Gobos can be fitted.
  • If Gobos need to be fitted or removed two hours are required with a clear floor space
  • Technician must be booked and charged if any moving chases are required.
  • Gobos can be fitted at a cost of £80 per gobo. It takes approximately 1 hour per gobo to install.

 

 Robe 1200, Ceiling Mounted x 2- £130 each

  • Large moving lights in the Hall.
  • Larger & more powerful than the MAC 250’s.
  • Throw a large amount of light.
  • Prism effect, rotating, moving chases & still image with logos or shapes.
  • Chases can be done, and are controlled from the lighting desk.
  • Colour wheel built in to offer a wide range of colours.
  • Zoom Lens
  • Light can be controlled individually or fixed with the other Robe 1200.
  • Technician must be booked and charged if any moving chases are required.
  • Gobos can be fitted at a cost of £100. A technician must be booked to do this. It takes approximately 1 hour per gobo to install.

 

 Source Four Juniors, x 10

  • Black spot lights hanging in the ceiling of Hall, focused on the stage.
  • Dimmable.
  • Source Fours are complimentary
  • Any changes made to Source Four positions will incur an additional cost of £300


We can provide the below, which is chargeable, and the price is based on requirements.

  • Gel swatches available for different colours. A wide range of colours are available.
  • Gobos can be fitted at a cost of £80 per gobo. It takes approximately 1 hour per gobo to install.

  • Floor mounted & portable.
  • Throw a large amount of light.
  • Used as up lighters.
  • Gel swatches available for different colours. A wide range of colours are available.
  • Lights are controlled by a simple on/off switch at the mains.
