Wine List

White Wine

Maison Saturnin Blanc, IGP Gard, Laudun Chusclan      £16.00
France - Languedoc
Beautiful golden yellow colour. Nose focused on floral notes,
which complement the mineral freshness of this wine on the palate.
Chardonnay, De Gras                                                               £16.00
Chile - Colchagua Valley
Crisp clean tropical fruit flavours of melon and pineapple on the nose and palate, with underlying vanilla wood tones. Medium-full bodied style, with a long lingering length. Ends crisp and refreshing.
Cleefs Classic Collection Chenin Blanc                        £18.00
South Africa - Coastal Region
Strong lychee, citrusy and guava aromas on the nose with ripe
pineapple and peach flavours that follow through on the palate.
A fresh and fruity style of Chenin Blanc with a long, clean and crisp
2015 Sauvignon Blanc, Yealands Estate                          £22.00
New Zealand - Marlborough
This wine shows flavours of passionfruit and blackcurrant leaf with underlying notes of wet stone and thyme. The palate displays good weight and texture, with a focused mineral acidity which delivers fantastic length to the wine.
2015 Riesling, Madfish                                                          £23.50
Australia - Western Australia
Intense citrus burst on the nose, mouth-watering acidity with plenty
of juicy ripe lime flavours and a whistle-clean finish. A great
example of the style and standard of Riesling coming out of Great
Southern, Western Australia.
2015 Gavi di Gavi DOCG, Fontanafredda                           £25.00
Italy - Piemonte
This is a bright straw-yellow wine with greenish highlights. It has a
full, delicate, elegant bouquet which brings flowers and fresh fruit to
mind - mostly lemons, lilies of the valley and green apples. Its palate
is attractively young, dry, fresh and well-balanced.
2015 Chablis, Domaine Bernard Defaix                                 £27.00
France - Burgundy
Lovely, classic Chablis nose of lemon, lime with an intriguing suggestion of spice - aniseed, perhaps. In the mouth, everything Chablis ought to be: dry and steely, offset by a certain richness; the flavours begin with lemony fruit, then progress into hints of honey, chamomile and tangerine on the complex finish.
