Gin & Tonic Menu


The Silent Pool Distillery sits on the edge of London in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Using a blend of 24 botanicals including Honey, Lavender, Kaffir Lime Leaves and Rose creates a well-balanced gin that is both floral with a citrus edge but both traditional and refreshing individual.

For over 200 years there wasn’t a single gin distillery in the City of London but this all changed in 2012. The City of London Distillery’s Dry Gin is a fine balance of juniper berries, angelica, liquorice and coriander seeds with fresh orange, lemon and pink grapefruit added also to give the gin its distinctive zesty notes.

1869, Camden Lock. The heart of London's gin distilling & warehousing with its footprint stretching 20 acres from the Lock to the Roundhouse.  Faint memories now only exist in the form of street names such as 'Juniper Crescent'.  Fifty years after the last gin production left Camden Lock, this past industrial glory has now been unearthed and reinvigorated with Half Hitch Gin Distillery. Using the finest single estate, Malawian Black Tea & Calabrian Bergamot - and an additional complement of English wood, pepper and hay.

Sacred Distillery is located in Ian Hart's family home in Highgate, North London and is the first and smallest commercial distillery of its kind. Ian has turned traditional gin production on its head by using vacuum distillation rather than a traditional pot still. The Pink Grapefruit Gin is made using whole distilled organic pink grapefruit from Spain and Italy and is a shining example of how vacuum distillation retains the freshness of botanicals.

Bermondsey in the mid-19th Century was both a centre of trade and industry, and a notorious slum.

This legacy of Bermondsey being “London’s Larder” continues with Jensen’s Distillery producing historical flavoured gins under a railway arch with trains thundering overhead.

Jensen’s Dry Gin is a recreation of a classic, old fashioned London Dry style. Smooth and rounded,

With delicate floral and citrus notes.

Del Boy and Rodney had no part in creating one of South London’s finest gins.  Created in Peckham Little Bird uses 10 botanicals consisting of Pink Grapefruit, Sweet Orange Peel and Ginger to produce a very smooth gin.  Those three little words on your bottle tell you that the botanicals are natural and distilled along with the spirit to give a purer and high quality spirit. London Dry Gin means no artificial flavourings or colourings are allowed in there before or after distillation.

Located in one of Bow’s most well-known historical sites the Old Glue Factory at Bow Wharf. East London Liquor are producing a range of high quality sprits including Gin, Rum and American Whisky.

Their state of the art copper pot still was custom designed and hand built in Germany by Arnold Holstein, who have been using the same traditional metalworking techniques for generations.

Based in Four Marks Hampshire, the Gorilla Spirit Company produced their first batch of gin just before Christmas 2015. As well as caring deeply about their gin production. They also care about the world we live in so Gorilla Spirits donates £1.00 from every bottle of Silverback sold to the Gorilla Organisation which protects the last remaining 880 Mountain Gorillas left in the wild. Hence the name Silverback Gin.
