SILENT POOL

 

The Silent Pool Distillery sits on the edge of London in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Using a blend of 24 botanicals including Honey, Lavender, Kaffir Lime Leaves and Rose creates a well-balanced gin that is both floral with a citrus edge but both traditional and refreshing individual.

 

Served with Fevertree Mediterranean tonic

 

CITY OF LONDON DISTILLERY

 

For over 200 years there wasn’t a single gin distillery in the City of London but this all changed in 2012. The City of London Distillery’s Dry Gin is a fine balance of juniper berries, angelica, liquorice and coriander seeds with fresh orange, lemon and pink grapefruit added also to give the gin its distinctive zesty notes.

 

Served with Peter Spanton London tonic

 

MARYLEBONE GIN 

 

Marylebone Gin is handcrafted in the heart of London and distilled in very small batches in a tiny pot still using traditional methods. The distilling heritage of Marylebone Gin dates back 8 generations, all the way back to 1762 when London was in the middle of the gin craze and the Marylebone Pleasure Gardens were at their height. This distinctive gin contains 13 botanicals with the unique flavours and aromas from the likes of lime flower, lemon balm, chamomile and grapefruit adding a wonderful depth and variety.

CHILGROVE DRY GIN

 

Handcrafted using traditional methods and distilled with natural mineral water filtered through the very chalk downs which surround Chilgrove; this fine London dry gin marries only the finest botanicals together with a neutral spirit distilled from grapes. It is this unusual relationship which gives Chilgrove Gin its sophisticated character, whilst the perfectly balanced elect of flavours, truly make it the gin for all seasons

LITTLE BIRD

 

Del Boy and Rodney had no part in creating one of South London’s finest gins. Created in Peckham, Little Bird uses 10 botanicals consisting of pink grapefruit, sweet orange peel and ginger to produce a very smooth gin. Those three little words on your bottle tell you that the botanicals are natural and distilled along with the spirit to give a purer and high quality spirit. London dry gin means no artificial flavourings or colourings are allowed in there before or after distillation.

FISHERS GIN

 

Fishers Gin combines rare old English herbs and botanicals with distilled barley, sourced entirely from East Anglian farmers. Born from the union of master distiller John McCarthy and Oxford University botanist James Firth, Fishers Gin reflects a passion for nature and research, capturing the wild and forgotten flavours of the English coastline.

BERTHA’S REVENGE IRISH MILK GIN

 

Using whey alcohol from the local dairy farmers in Cork, together with their own natural well water and an interesting mix of locally foraged and grown botanicals. Like any good Irish tale, the story behind Bertha’s Revenge Gin is a tapestry of good fortune, endeavour and passion.

EAST LONDON LIQUOR COMPANY No.1

 

Located in one of Bow's best known historical sites, the Old Glue Factory at Bow Wharf. East London Liquor are producing a range of high quality spirits including gin, rum and American whisky. Their state of the art copper pot still was custom-designed and hand-built in Germany by Arnold Holstein, who have been using the same traditional metalworking techniques for generations.
